"I was screwed over by AAA after 9 years with them and Amax tried to scam me when i left AAA. I was VERY CAUTIOUS about my next move but I have to say it was Josh's persistence and professionalism here that did it for me. He even helped me with the Amax scam.
He called me every couple of weeks to check if I had found anything and gave me current rates. He was never pushy or anything. I genuinely felt like he cared about me being out here with no insurance. I was with State Farm prior to AAA many years ago and I was leary about the fluctuating rates also so If it wasn't for Josh, I probably wouldn't have chosen them again. He is just GREAT though and assured me at every step of the way. If you want to deal with an office that you feel cares about you, this is it!"
